Today we read the story The Wind Blew.
It was about things that moved in the wind! (Miguel)
We practiced writing complete sentences using our word wall! (Gage) Remembering capitals at the beginning, spaces between words, ending marks, and neat handwriting was our focus.
We talked about sorting in math. (Jesus) We have new color sorting tubs in our math center to help us practice sorting!
We ended our day reading a non-fiction book about wind and coloring pictures of things the wind is moving. (Cerenity)

2 Permission slips are going home today! One if for our Zoo fieldtrip and the other is for a fieldtrip to Jenks East Middle school to see a puppet show. Please fill out BOTH permission slips and return to school promptly. There is also a note with more Zoo information regarding lunch options and chaperone information. Please fill the bottom portion and return with the permission slips! We do not need chaperones for the puppet show fieldtrip. This trip is a little longer than an hour and Ms. Faith will be with our class.
